A deposit equal to 50% of your stay including taxes will be charged at the time of booking. Seven (7) days prior to arrival, the remaining balance of the reservation value will be due. The credit card on file will be used unless you request a different one. Please note: If your reservation is booked within seven (7) days prior to arrival a full deposit of 100% is taken at the time of the booking.
Reservations must be canceled at least 7-days prior to arrival for a refund. Reservations canceled less than 7-days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of full payment of the stay. Early departures and no shows are considered as a cancelation and are subject to forfeiture of full payment of the stay.
The Sanderling Resort is a Smoke-Free property. A $250 recovery fee will be charged for smoking in your room.
Yes. Children are welcome. We do have a select number of rooms with two queen beds or a king with a pull out sofa to accommodate families. Rollaways are available for select rooms at $35/day. Please contact reservations for more details. For a more comfortable stay, families with children may wish to reserve one of our three, four, or six-bedroom Homes adjacent to the Inn. The concierge will be happy to assist with providing child care options through a local licensed and bonded company.
As part of our commitment to provide the highest level of service to our guests, Sanderling welcomes dog(s) staying with their owners in designated pet-friendly hotel guestrooms/vacation homes. The fee is $300 for hotel guestrooms, and $400 for vacation homes per stay. A maximum of two (2) dogs per guestroom/vacation home, under 60 lbs. each. This fee will be added to your reservation upon check-in and is non-refundable.
The main access doors to each of the Inns are usually locked at 10:00 pm for the safety of our guests. Your room key can be used to reenter your Inn's lobby through the front door after hours.
Room rates do not include taxable Resort Fee and daily 12.75% state and local taxes.
